More booked trials, guaranteed

More booked trials.
In 90 days or less.

We build systems that turn attention into bookings, across every site you run. If we don't deliver, we will work for free until we do.

The No Empty Mats Method

Four phases. One outcome: more people booking classes.

The first two get bookings moving at every site you run. The last two turn what worked into a standard your team can run without us.

Phase one
The Baseline

Before anything gets built, we find out exactly where you're losing bookings. Not a vague audit. A number per site you can point at.

  • Visibility check per location. How each site ranks for the searches that matter locally, and what someone actually sees when they find you.
  • Conversion path walk-through. We follow the route from first click to booked trial on every site and count where people drop.
  • Mystery-shop every location. We enquire as a prospective member and time the response, across DMs, email and phone.
  • Your baseline, in writing. One page showing how many booked trials each site gets now, and what is stopping it being more. This is the number the guarantee sits on.
Phase two
The Build

Then we build the booking system once, properly, and switch it on across every location.

  • A conversion page per site. Local, specific, built to turn a visitor into a booked trial rather than a browser.
  • Enquiry capture that never sleeps. Instant, personalised replies to every DM and form fill, day or night, routed to the right location.
  • Automated email sequences that turn new leads into booked trials and booked trials into paying members.
  • Review and proof engine. Your happiest members prompted at the right moment, so each site's local reputation compounds instead of stalling.
  • Content system per location. A plan your team can run, built on what drives bookings rather than what looks nice.
  • Tracking that ties it together. Every enquiry and booking attributed to a site and a source, so nobody has to guess again.
Phase three
The Playbook

Then we write down what worked, so it keeps working without us and runs the same way everywhere.

  • The operating standard. How a site should run, week by week, so every location delivers the same thing rather than whatever its manager improvises.
  • Templates ready to clone. Pages, sequences, ad structures and content plans, built to be duplicated for any location in days, not months.
  • The launch sequence. When you do open, the same standard runs from 90 days before doors to 90 days after, with owners and deadlines against every step.
  • Manager training. Your team learns to run it, so the system doesn't depend on us or on you.
Phase four
The Run

Systems decay. This is the part that keeps bookings climbing, and keeps us both honest about the numbers.

  • Monthly reporting per site. Trials booked, members converted, cost per member, utilisation. One view across everything you run.
  • Ongoing optimisation. We test, cut what fails and scale what works, every month.
  • Paid acquisition when it's ready. Once booking conversion is proven, we add spend behind it rather than in front of it.
  • New-site execution. When you open, we run the playbook with you and fold what we learn back into it.
The guarantee

We'll agree a booked-trial target from your own baseline. Hit it in 90 days or you get your money back. You keep the playbook either way.

We guarantee booked trials rather than members or revenue, because bookings are the part we control. What happens in the room, how you price, how your team sells, that's yours. Putting the right people through the door is ours, and that's what we put our fee behind.

Targets are set jointly from the Baseline before any work begins, measured across every site over 90 days, and assume the systems stay switched on and content gets approved within the agreed window. Full terms in the agreement, nothing hidden and nothing you haven't seen before you sign.

Fit

This only works for a specific kind of operator

We take two at a time, so being honest about fit saves us both a month.

This is for you if
  • You run two or more sites, or you're planning on opening your second soon
  • You want more people booking classes and you'd rather fix the system than just post more
  • You want the system documented as well as done, so every site runs the same way and the next one is repeatable
  • Someone on your team can own approvals and keep things moving
  • You'd rather be measured on a number than on how the content looks
This isn't for you if
  • You have one site and want it to stay that way
  • You want content produced and posted, with no interest in the system underneath
  • The real problem is the product, the timetable or the team, in which case marketing just fills a room people won't return to
  • You need results inside 30 days. The Baseline alone takes longer than that to do properly
  • You want the cheapest option in the market. That's a fair thing to want, it just isn't us
Next step

Start with your number

Thirty minutes on a call. We'll look at how people find and book you now, work out how many more booked trials is realistic, and tell you whether we're the right fix. If we aren't, we'll say so.

Book a call Two operators at a time. No pitch deck, no pressure.
01
A short form so we arrive knowing your sites and what you've already tried.
02
A 30-minute call where we work out the booking number and you decide if it's worth it.
03
If it's a fit, the Baseline starts and we agree the target the guarantee sits on.

A few things we get asked

We've used agencies before and it didn't work.
Most agencies sell outputs, so posts and ads and reports arrive whether or not anything changes. We agree a booking number up front, put our fee behind it, and leave you owning the system at the end. If it stops working, that's on us to fix.
How quickly do bookings actually move?
The fastest wins land in the first three weeks, because they're the cheapest things to fix. Answering every enquiry within minutes, prompting reviews at the right moment, and making the timetable visible without a login. The bigger lift comes once the pages and the follow-up sequences are live, which is weeks three to eight. Ninety days is when we expect the number we agreed, not when we start trying.
How much of our time does this take?
A couple of hours in the Baseline to give us access and context, then roughly an hour a week for approvals and a monthly review. During the Playbook phase we need your manager for a few short training sessions, because the point is that they can run it without us.
Do we have to hand over our booking data?
Not to get started. The Baseline audit runs entirely on what's visible from the outside, so you can see how we work before you share anything internal. The one number we need for the guarantee comes later, at contract stage, and it exists to protect you. Without a baseline there's nothing to hold us to.
Who actually does the work?
Libby and Zach. Libby grew a personal account past 33,000 followers and has run campaigns with Gymshark, Myota and Feel Reformed, so she knows what makes people act rather than just watch. Zach spent his career on advertising strategy for Coca-Cola, Harry Potter and Snapchat, and applies the same thinking to a local business. There's no account manager layer, which is part of why we only take two at a time.
